Why do I have to do a meet and greet?

 A meet and greet allows us to get feel of your furry friend and their interactions with us. It also gives our team a closer insight on your pet's routine. Meet and greets are required for all new clients and are complementary when you book 5 or more visits.

What forms of payments do you accept

  At the moment we accept payments via Paypal, Zelle, or cash. Payments for weekly services are due at the end of the week. The first half of sitting payments are due before your pet's sitting begins and the other half at the end of the service. 

I need to leave town right away. Can you provide service on short notice?

  If you are an established client we can provide short notice services. New clients require a meet and greet before any services. However, the more time we have a notice the better.  

What if the weather is not suitable for outdoor activities?

  Your pet's comfort is our top priority we'll always make sure they enjoy their outdoor time. If it's too hot or raining too hard, we will opt for indoor pet activities. We will make sure to notify you of any changes to their walks. 

Do you require a deposit for services?

  Only certain services require deposits such as; sittings, and boardings. A $25 non refundable is required to book, your deposit will go towards your total. 

Are you insured? 

  Yes, your pet's and home are top priority that is why Doggy Go is insured by Pet Care.
